Rules, Terms and Conditions of the Southern Stain and Seal, LLC Professional Contractor Spray-N-Pay™ Program.

Benefits of the Spray-N-Pay™ professional contractor rewards program are valid for purchases made at participating Southern Stain and Seal locations and purchases made online at www.SouthernStainAndSeal.com. Earned rewards not redeemable for cash. Membership is non-transferable. Benefits are for use by member only and subject to present and future program rules, terms and conditions. Southern Stain and Seal, LLC reserves the right to approve, deny or terminate membership and benefits at any time for any reason. Southern Stain and Seal, LLC also reserves the right to discontinue, restrict or change the Spray-N-Pay™ rewards program at any time for any reason. By becoming a member or applying to be a member of the program, customer agrees to receive marketing materials and other communications from Southern Stain and Seal, LLC.

Contractor Pricing:
Upon approval of application for membership and acceptance of rules, terms and conditions, member will receive a 10% discount percentage off regular retail prices of products, tools and equipment purchased at participating Southern Stain and Seal locations and online at www.SouthernStainAndSeal.com. Not all products may be eligible for discounts. Southern Stain and Seal, LLC reserves the right to raise, lower or discontinue customer's discount percentage at any time for any reason. Discount not valid on rentals, samples, design services, printing services, web design services, web maintenance services, SEO services, delivery services, shipping, freight, training or trade show support. All discounts will be applied before tax and / or shipping cost. Discount not valid with any other discount, offer or coupon.

Certified Contractor Promotion and Support:
Professional contractors who are members of the Spray-N-Pay™ rewards program also have the opportunity to earn a higher level of distinction as being one of our Southern Stain and Seal Certified Contractors. This certification cannot be bought or purchased, it can only be earned. Over time, members will have the opportunity to prove their integrity, loyalty, honesty, professionalism and workmanship. To be eligible for certification as a Southern Stain and Seal certified contractor, the company must use products purchased from Southern Stain and Seal, LLC in the execution of services including, but not limited to: deck cleaning, staining and /or sealing, fence cleaning, staining and / or sealing, concrete staining and / or sealing, brick sealing, paver sealing and stone staining and / or sealing. Certified contractors will also adhere to processes, systems and procedures as instructed by Southern Stain and Seal, LLC as acceptable methods of preparation, application and maintenance of services including, but not limited to: deck cleaning, staining and /or sealing, fence cleaning, staining and / or sealing, concrete staining and / or sealing, brick sealing, paver sealing and stone staining and / or sealing. Certified Southern Stain and Seal contractors will be listed on our contractor locator at www.SouthernStainAndSeal.com. Certified contractors will be referred job leads in their area at the discretion of Southern Stain and Seal, LLC. Any and all efforts to secure any job or contract is the sole responsibility of the contractor. Certified contractors will be expected to display the trademarked Southern Stain and Seal certified contractor seal on their web site. The certified contractor seal will be linked to https://www.SouthernStainAndSeal.com where the customer can locate additional information about the products used by the certified contractor and also access a page attesting to the contractor's experience, reviews and earned distinction. Certified contractors may also receive additional marketing, promotion and / or support from Southern Stain and Seal, LLC in the form of, but not limited to; websites, domains, marketing campaigns, direct mail, graphics, pictures, social media, online advertising, email campaigns, and / or other promotional items and / or programs which are the property of Southern Stain and Seal, LLC. Southern Stain and Seal, LLC reserves the rights to produce, modify, distribute, publish, change, repurpose and / or remove any of these marketing and / or promotional properties at any time, for any reason, without notice. Southern Stain and Seal reserves the right to certify or deny certification to any company for any reason at any time. Southern Stain and Seal also reserves the right to remove a contractor's certification for any reason at any time. Upon notification that your certification has been removed, the previously certified company has 15 days to remove any and all claims of certification and / or afiliation with Southern Stain and Seal, LLC and all uses of the trademarked Southern Stain and Seal logo and / or certified contractor seal from their web site and / or any marketing materials, advertising and / or campaigns.

Trade Show Support:
Southern Stain and Seal Certified Contractors are also eligible for on-site trade show support by available Southern Stain and Seal, LLC representatives. Southern Stain and Seal, LLC charges nothing for time and labor to attend and support it's certified contractors at industry trade shows. Certified contractors are responsible for all costs incurred by any representative of Southern Stain and Seal, LLC including, but not limited to: all transportation costs, all lodging costs, all entry fees and all shipping and / or freight costs. Display samples and other booth display items may also be available for use by the certified contractors. The certified contractor is responsible and liable for the use, misuse, transportation, set-up, arrangement, and replacement cost of any display item obtained from or on behalf of Southern Stain and Seal, LLC. Support, representation, samples and / or display items are available on a first come first serve basis.

Quantity Discounts:
Additional price and / or shipping discounts may be available on certain items based on the quantity purchased per order. Item quantities are calculated per order. At the time an order is submitted and receipt is sent to customer, that order is closed and additional items cannot be added. If additional items are desired, a new order will be created and quantity calculation will then begin for the new order.

Payment Terms:
Payment for all purchases is due in full before any shipment. Payment for all purchases is due in full before any customer may take possession of any product. Payment is due in full before any product order may be eligible for local pick-up or delivery.

Return Policy:
We will gladly take returns of any un-opened, un-used and un-damaged regularly stocked products. Special order, colored or tinted products cannot be returned. Products must be in original packaging and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Exchanges and / or store credit will be issued for 100% of the original product cost for up to 30 days after delivery date. Exchanges or store credit will not be issued for original shipping or delivery costs. All products, tools and / or equipment purchased at contractor pricing or on net 30 credit accounts are only eligible for return as exchange or store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Availability of Professional Grade Products:
Members of the Spray-N-Pay™ contractor rewards program may have access to professional grade products available only to trained professional contractors. By agreeing to these rules, terms and conditions or purchasing, renting or obtaining any information, product, tool or piece of equipment from Southern Stain and Seal, LLC or any of their partners, you are confirming that you are a trained professional contractor / applicator and release Southern Stain and Seal, LLC and / or any of their partners of any and all past, present or future claims or liabilities resulting from the possession, use or misuse of any information, product, tool or piece of equipment obtained from or on behalf of Southern Stain and Seal, LLC and / or any of their partners.

Release of Liability:
Methods of preparation, application and product selection are the sole responsibility of the contractor. Any advice and / or recommendations made by any representative of Southern Stain and Seal, LLC or obtained from www.SouthernStainAndSeal.com and / or any other web site and / or any other publication and / or any other source, is solely the opinion of that source and not meant to influence or encourage any methods of preparation, application and / or product selection. By agreeing to these rules, terms and conditions and / or purchasing, renting or obtaining any information, product, tool or piece of equipment from Southern Stain and Seal, LLC and / or any of their partners, you are confirming that you are a trained professional contractor / applicator and release Southern Stain and Seal, LLC and / or any of their partners of any and all past, present or future claims and / or liabilities resulting from the possession, use or misuse of any information, product, tool or piece of equipment obtained from or on behalf of Southern Stain and Seal, LLC and / or any of it's partners.

Legal Business Practices:
By agreeing to these rules, terms and conditions or purchasing, renting or obtaining any information, product, tool or piece of equipment from Southern Stain and Seal, LLC and / or any of their partners, you are confirming that you are a trained professional contractor / applicator and will abide by and uphold all legally required business practices including, but not limited to: accurate tax and income reporting, all insurance requirements, all business license requirements, any and all other required licenses, permits or certifications, proper transportation, use and disposal of any and all products or bi-products, all safety requirements and /or recommendations made by OSHA and / or any product distributor or manufacturer.
