Front 9 Grounds Keeper

F9 Groundskeeper is a concentrated professional maintenance cleaner for use on concrete, pavers, brick, masonry, tile, stone and many other surfaces. Follow instructions carefully for the type of surface you are cleaning.

Always test F9 Groundskeeper in an inconspicuous area before use to ensure compatibility and desired results! Use care and caution on stained or dyed surfaces that are unsealed. Strong dilutions may harm plants. Use PPE when necessary or indoors. Use caution on polished surfaces. F9 Groundskeeper may etch surfaces at strong dilutions. Avoid contact with unpainted aluminum, other metal surfaces and dilute with water when using on glass.

Always perform a test to determine best dilution, application and process to be used on the particular substrate. Never use F9 Groundskeeper undiluted or get undiluted product on porous surfaces.

Pre-Cleaning

If existing oil and hydrocarbon stains are present, it is recommended to first clean those stains with

. Once you can see the stain beneath the pores of the concrete then apply F9 Groundskeeper to the surface (at recommended dilution ratio) and surface clean. This will get the concrete set up for maintenance cleaning with F9 Groundskeeper.

Dilutions and Coverage

When mixing product, ALWAYS add product into the water NOT water to the product. Always follow recommended dilution ratios.

Initial Cleaning: 8:1 to 10:1 Pre-wet surface with water and spray on. Use more concentrated for heavily soiled areas and less concentrated for less soiled areas. Dwell 2-10 minutes and surface clean. Brushing may be useful on stubborn areas. Coverage rates will vary from 150-250 sq. ft. per gallon of diluted product.

Downstream Application: Downstream application is OK, but make sure final dilution of product is 10:1 up to 20:1 to meet dilution guidelines above.
